Because our homemade treats are made with high-quality, natural ingredients and zero artificial preservatives, they have a shorter shelf life. We always recommend refrigerating them immediately upon arrival to keep them fresh for a month (or frozen for 2 months!). Regarding the wax melts, we double-checked our live feed and confirmed all shipped items matched the winning bids. On fast-paced sudden death auctions, it's easy to miss a last-second higher bid! I’m so glad your order arrived quickly, but I am incredibly sorry to hear that the wax melts experienced some melting during transit. Because I use clean, natural soy wax, it can be sensitive to extreme heat during shipping. This may also play a role in the scents being released from the products early.
