I ordered what was supposed to be new knives and when arrived the wood block they were in was covered with sticky material and stunk. A plate I really wanted was broke. Not to mention, a brooch had no backing and a watch was so water logged it should have never been sold. I did put in a request for the knives and plate, they did promptly take care of the issue.
