Pack of cards that was shipped was already opened and resealedI apologize on Topps behalf in this case. That hanger came straight from the store. If Topps miss packaged it that can’t be on me. There is no possible way anyone can open a sealed box of cards and seal it back the factory did. My reviews speak for my channel.
