Excellent seller. Great as always thank you very much ☺️ I purchased a fur coat from the seller and no defects were mentioned. When it arrived the item was littered with tears and will need extensive repairs before its wearable. When I approached the seller via messages with pictures of the damage he ranted about how it was such a good purchase for the price (it was not cheap) and was trying to be intimidating. Incredibly poor customer service. Would not recommend.This is most unusual and very untrue…I actually apologised for the confusion… then went onto offer you a full refund if you wanted to send the jacket back…to which you refused as you didn’t want to effect our seller ratings where your words. I then asked if you wanted to go through whatnot and claim defects and say it didn’t arrive how you wished and claim through their buyer protection, you said no… I then went onto offer you store credit as a further sorry for your dissatisfaction and disappointment. I have the conversation & will ask whatnot to review this internally. Love the show, the stock is so varied and great quality. Everything arrived in excellent condition so securely packaged it nearly defeated me 😂 Thank you Jonny, always super happy x Unfortunately Hardy arrived damaged his hands and the book he was holding had broken off ..these things happen unfortunately This is very upsetting to hear, 👂 however was it due to packaging my end because if so we need to hear the feedback in order to work out issues or was this because someone at a parcel centre had played football/man handled the items? I’d appreciate it freely if you could send pictures of the item through when you opened it and the packaging it was sent in please so we can review in house as we specifically take care and attention with every parcel making sure adequate protective measures are taken with every parcel eg thick card and bubble wrap… most disappointed Fabulous as always from this honesty and trustworthy seller x Packaged very well!
