Reviews (274)I am not one to ever leave a bad review but it would be wrong for me not to worn others. My items took two weeks to be shipped and a month to be delivered. Once my items arrived I was sent items I did not purchase and missing items I did purchase. Would not purchase from this seller again, they almost resold a skirt that was already sold during the live with out the audience constantly trying to get their attention they would have, it was extremely uncoordinated. I am unsure how they have been able to sell so many items in the past. I would not recommend the shows on this page to anyone. They did not offer to rectify the situation at all. took two weeks to get my order but shirt was cute. Usually I'm not one to leave negative reviews. I love the whatnot community and appreciate all sellers and buyers and the platform itself but buyers should be aware of who they're buying from. Not only did my items all arrive damaged because cosmetics and liquids were packed in a polymailer, the items I was able to salvage, which were stated as NEW or UNUSED cosmetics had been used and were in fact not new and had to be thrown away. My order was scanned in as "shipped" the day after I ordered it and was not actually collected by a post office until over 2 weeks later and then for everything to arrived damaged and not as described is really unfortunate and upsetting. And from reading other reviews, unfortunately it doesn't look like I'm the only customer this has happened to. 😕 It took her over 2 weeks just to SHIP out my items even after I messaged her asking for updates. During her live she seemed overwhelmed and unorganized and she wasn’t numbering anything so I figured I’d screenshot all of the items that I purchased and send her pictures to help her in case there was any confusion. I got my package today, 3 out of 4 items are incorrect. I had a feeling she wasn’t keeping track of stuff but it’s still no excuse because I sent her LITERAL PICTURES of everything I ordered. I usually wanna give people the benefit of the doubt, but theres literally no excuse at this point. If she was confused, she could’ve asked me to cancel the order and not take a wild guess and send whatever. SOOOO BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. It’s honestly so annoying because this could have all been avoided. I messaged her and tried to communicate with her the whole time, and it just seemed like she sent a generic message and didn’t actually pay attention to my message Used items, stated they were new always cancels my orders 😔😩 but happy with the ones i did get lol Absolutely loved everything I received! Fast shipping and came right on time. Highly recommend!
I love all 10 of my items! However I must say my 11th item I opened was a Laura Geller lipstick box with three types of colors, rhapsody rose, pretty pink and very velvet and two of the lipstick were the same color. I got one rhapsody rose and two very velvets. So I'm wondering if that was an error or if the pack of lipstick wasn't checked before packaging. The top is gorgeous no flaws, but she measured it and said it was like a m/L and I thought it would be pretty kinda loose fit as I’m a s/m and it barley fit me as a s/m ): really sad because I paid a lot and was so excited about this top😞 idk if she maybe got the measurements wrong but it’s definitely not a m/L.. Sooo cute and the seller is the sweetest. I can’t wait to wear it My items were packaged so nicely, I received my order super quick too. Thank you!
