Card sent in a basic paper envelope, with no protection, and no top loader. Card was bent in transit.Hi Lauren, It's odd since I've always taken care and time into packaging carefully, ensuring top loaded cards and especially with your order you bought 3 mid to high end cards which I will always ensure a toploader with the card inside it. This has really been a first as none of my other customers have had any negative interactions.
