Whatnot responded, they did release the funds, due to finding out the pkg was actually sent out and delivered. However, they refuse to change my scan rate. Even after admitting there was an error not due to anything I did. This is so very frustrating to me! I work hard to scan, pkg, and pack items well, for customers! I’ve learned a valuable Lesson, as far as going from a couple of shows with a few items, to a big show. There’s a lot that I have to learn about shipping. My shipping rate went from 100% to 68 due to not being able to scan somebody’s shipment. Customer confirmed arrival of pkg.God Fearing Country Girls💕My daughter and I are new at this.
