First time buying, and my items came super fast. Well packaged. Once a package is left at the post office, sellers have no control over that package anymore. Please keep that in mind. I reached out to let her know I hadn’t received my package yet and she got smart with me saying she had no control over the usps. She then said to please keep that in mind when I do the review. I was very disappointed bc all she needed to say was I’m sorry for the delay. That’s all I needed. The conversation could have ended there but she wanted to continue with the I don’t control the usps and then proceeded to call me a “Karen” numerous times. I could have been very nasty with her but I don’t believe I was. She has then posted that I only reached out to her to create drama! I reached out to her to let her know after 2 weeks I still hadn’t received my package. I was not trying to cause a problem. Hopefully no one else has this problem with this seller. Again as previously stated in our conversation and in the previous review! I have no control over USPS that is correct, your issue is with USPS 100% and you knew this when messaging me originally, thus causing drama as you implied there was something I could do about it. Demanding I apologize is rude! Insulting someone bc they don’t do as you demand is rude! Insulting someone you don’t know about their personality and how they are able to do their actual job is extremely rude. Leaving harassing reviews degrading someone’s character and that has nothing to do with the actual items received rude Love the pin and the givy! The best show to come into and hang out to chat with. Great Disney items and you might just learn some fun things. Like ice cream bread is a real thing and it looks delicious!! Very rude seller. Formal complaint filed. Will never buy from her again!!!As I stated in our messages I can not control USPS, and you messaged me fully with the knowledge of where your package was. It was packaged and shipped scanned by usps within 24 hours (the package itself not a scan sheet).
