Not to mention how amazing she is for all the extra items she put in my order for FREE...I truly cant wait to start creating my own things with all the beautiful & amazing things I got from her!! The listing said Gucci, but what arrived looks more like "Fucci" because these definitely doesn't appear to be the genuine item that was advertised. Honestly, the whole experience was frustrating and a huge disappointment. I definitely won't be buying from this seller again, and I'd recommend others be very careful before purchasing.That’s sad as you never said anything to me. I would have refunded your money. I don’t send out fake items. I don’t just sell Gucci products, so that wasn’t singled out. Next time please reach out to me if your that upset. Thank you for your rating and not talking to me first. the item i received was broken and, while the three stars is NOT BECAUSE it was broken, it is because when I reached out, she became rude and told me that "USPS needs to start being held responsible" and "what would you like me to do?" the fact that it was broken did not remove the fact that I still wanted the item, but the rudeness was uncalled for, in my opinion. I was not trying to be rude at all. USPS has ruined so many items in my defense. I offered to help and thought things were ok. I’m sorry you felt this way. It wasn’t broken when I sent it.
