The listing said Gucci, but what arrived looks more like "Fucci" because these definitely doesn't appear to be the genuine item that was advertised. Honestly, the whole experience was frustrating and a huge disappointment. I definitely won't be buying from this seller again, and I'd recommend others be very careful before purchasing. the item i received was broken and, while the three stars is NOT BECAUSE it was broken, it is because when I reached out, she became rude and told me that "USPS needs to start being held responsible" and "what would you like me to do?" the fact that it was broken did not remove the fact that I still wanted the item, but the rudeness was uncalled for, in my opinion.
