Never received the order ,Canada Post says never received the package shipped the order. Once Canada Post accepted it, it was out of my control. If this had been my fault, Whatnot would have held me responsible, and the shipment would still show as overdue instead of updating through Canada Post’s network. We even had a conversation where I explained this, but instead you chose to leave a 1-star review without any proof that I did anything wrong. It’s disappointing to see a small local business harmed over a carrier issue that was outside of my control.
