I have tried messaging you after seeing your review, but haven’t heard anything back. I am very sorry your bread box was damaged in transport! We try very carefully to wrap & package all breakables to secure a safe transport and stuffing items like the breadbox. Like I said in the message I sent, I’ll be happy to refund you if you’ll file a request with whatnot & send them pictures!!! Sometimes the post office is just too rough and it’s upsetting to hear when a package gets mishandled. Sorry that you had that experience!
