Items were exactly as described and arrived packaged nicely and arrived safely. Seller never shipped item. I waited 2.5 weeks and tried to message seller about item and they never responded. Had to escalate to Whatnot directly to get refund. Unfortunate experience. Amazing and thoughtful seller. I just want to say thank you for the add-on, it was perfect!
