They always describe items exactly as is and are completely transparent about the condition the things they’re selling are in. He’s a brilliant seller and even does his own modelling of the items 🤣 thanks 🤍✨ CAUTION. Just don’t take their word for it in the show in regard to condition. Had some issues with the condition of the items which arrived with damage or significant wear. It was not pointed out in the show. (Some items were damaged in transit, some were just not mentioned to get the sale) I contacted whatnot who advised me how to report. I did so and was offered a refund because whatnot agreed that this was correct with my report. I still went on to support the seller after these issues and was just more careful with what I was purchasing (half of which I felt if I enquired about it and then inspected the item on screen and decided not to bid it was met with pushy and rude remarks from Toby). I then received messages in my inbox regarding the reports with whatnot confronting me and again the tone was aggressive and rude. When I mentioned I didn’t appreciate their tone for something that whatnot had been dealing with I was blocked. Rude, no people skills, no compassion.I’m sorry you feel this way but the items you bought were as described. They are fully demonstrated and shown on screen and we pride ourselves in being as transparent as possible. I received no messages from you saying items had been damaged in transit and you have not indicated this on your reports. After the following show you then decided to claim back a further 2 items. It’s not fair that you get these items for free I’m afraid and will be contacting WN to explain this. Disappointed it came to this conclusion, wishing you well.
