I provided 5 photos and clearly explained the condition in the listing. I said it had a cracked spiral binding and showed that in one of the photos. I wrapped the cookbook in paper and covered it with cardboard to avoid any further damage in shipment. I’m not sure what you were expecting?! They came fast and are perfect in my laundry room!
