This is not what I expected.Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the bag, but this is NOT true! The zipper is not broken—it is a jacket-style zipper. Many Coach Hamptons bags are designed this way, and the zipper functions by aligning both sides just as you would with a jacket or a pair of jeans. In your video receipt (57:10–59:01), I also noted the condition callouts: the bag needs cleaning and does not include a hangtag. This is reflected in the $30 price. You AGREED you still wanted the bag! It’s disappointing as a seller when I’m 100% transparent about EVERYTHING I sale. I don’t sell dirty bags. Thank you so much.
