Overall so adorable and wonderfully made. Even the givvy seemed to match what I like and talked with her about. 10/10 recommend for both personal picks and gifts. Love the variety and the time she takes to work with you/talk to you about what you want if she doesn’t already have it made. absolutely love the tumblers thank you Such a cute, funny magnet! Thank you! I bought 7 tumblers, 5 were “cartoon”pictures and they were fine. The other 2 were movie photos and appeared distorted. Also three of the slider part of the lids were broken and wouldn’t go back together.
I reached out to the seller to let her know about my order and she said I was lying about the lids because that’s never happened before and go buy my own. Huh, not the best reply. She then told me the 2 tumblers I said were distorted aren’t possible because they are sized to the tumbler but they are clearly “stretched” out. This feedback reflects my personal experience, which wasn’t the best. I won’t be a returning buyer or recommend based on her response. As mentioned the non-photo tumblers were okay and no problem with those. So take this review at your discretion.
