My order was perfect as usual First time ordering serene greens, She said she sent me two packages that I never received. she put a claim in for the insurance money, and she got it.. USPS said she made a shipping label but never shipped them. I have proof. I will show anyone the proof, and messages from USPS and the horrible conversations that she sent to me. She lied and told me that she sent them, put USPS says she didn't! The proof is in the pudding. She was very rude to me, and I cannot believe how nice I was to this woman as she refused to refund my money. she basically stole money from me and is refusing to give it back to me. she got the insurance claim on my two boxes and my $33.00. she also told me that she doesn't care, and she doesn't like "white" people. She stole my money. and committed fraud. because of her I'm not going to shop here on what not anymore. If she can get away with stealing my money, stealing from USPS, what else can she get away with!! beautiful plants and packaged so well. all 5 plants came in safely and happy. will be shopping again great plants and pots at great prices. one of the best on WN Plants received in beautiful condition. USPS roughed up my box but my plants were in good condition Carefully packaged and high quality! Thank you so very much for the beautiful plant and stickers!
