I would just ask her to inspect the item for chips, cracks, and issues before shipping or buying. These were perfect to add to my collection. Thank you and came well packaged. Loved my items! Love each item! Arrived perfectly! Ty! Everything was put together in a mailer then in a box. Nothing wrapped individually. 3 glass pieces including a antique blue flow plate a ceramic seagull and a lampwork cat was broken. I am so disappointed. Thank You so much I'm very happy This box had 2 packages in it with 4 breakable items in each package all together without anything to protect each item from the other. I honestly don’t know how they arrived in one piece but glad they did. Each item needs to be individually wrapped in bubble wrap, especially when they are breakable. Also, all items in one of the packages was soaking wet with like a white powder liquid. Still not sure how or what it is but hoping it doesn’t ruin the items. And the brass gold clip came broken? I guess it’s broken, I’m not sure the gold ball was not attached but I’m not even sure where it even goes on it. Only giving a 4 star because packaging wasn’t great. 4 breakable items packaged all together in on package together without anything to protect each item from the other.
