My experience with SG coins was not the best, but was made right. I had bought something that I ending up seeing on his next stream that I had already purchased. I had to tell SG Coins to take it down from his stream because I had already purchased it. Communication was not very fast up front and took FOREVER to ship. However SG coins definitely took the fault and apologized. At the end of the day. The seller made it more than right and that is definitely appreciated.. Mistakes happen. Seller did not honor sale of item. Refunded money and replaced with item not wanted. Item just as described, quick shipping. Ordered on 4/29 label created on 4/30 waited till 5/5 package still hadnt been shipped messaged seller they NEVER responded. Waited till 5/7 made a report to whatnot that my packages hadn’t shipped and on 5/8 received email saying package was in transit received on 5/9. Will not be ordering from this seller again. Not because of the delay in shipping I understand things happen and items get misplaced or packages over looked etc. that’s not an issue but when someone sends a direct message to you asking for an update at least have the common decency to respond Beautiful gold great price is great seller fast shipping
