That said, it was a free giveaway item provided as a way to support a Marine Corps veteran—not a purchased product or paid order. I’m disappointed that something given away for free in support of a veteran resulted in a 3-star review, especially when the issue was damage caused during shipping.
I’m always happy to make things right when there’s a legitimate issue, but leaving a 3-star review over a free giveaway is heartless.
