Items were not quite what I expected. Not sure of authenticity of the stonesHi I wish you would have messaged me regarding your order, I would have shown you that these items are 100% authentic and have been tested. I’m sorry it was not what you expected, I took pictures of both pieces and displayed them accurately. You could have just asked for them to be tested during the show instead of pre-biding before even seeing the item on live. thank you. As others stated the entire packaging smelled like pot as it was from outside the clothing but was on everything and seeped into the clothing - not like an issue with the clothing just having a random smell here and there. Asked seller about and attacked me about paying a low price for the items - when I only bid on items at the price she ran them. Yes I will air out and wash but some were nwt so not as great of a reseller All I did was offer a refund I’m so confused, I have screenshots of this conversation. I messaged her to advise her of this - before I left a review. She told me that another buyer also told her of this issue. She offered to give me an $80 credit for her store… with an appointment to meet with her. She FAILED TO SHOW for the “scheduled show” she was going to have for me, then FAILED TO ANAWER MY MESSAGES and now I see that she BLOCKED ME.. from contacting her further. What a POOR WORK ETHIC!!! Shame on you @wicked_emporium for such poor customer service. I WOULD NOT purchase from her again.
I tried my best to make things work with you Tracey, you refused to return the items by mail. You said it was inconvenient for you. So I offered a credit for a private show for certain items in my store. I then asked you for a day in which you were free so we can have this show. This day comes and you message me saying you had a doctors appointment 20min before. in the same message you ask if I had found all the items you wanted that I didn’t even have. (I am a small reseller, I cannot buy full priced items and give it to you for free.) Awful smell of the items. I washed them twice but it is still in them. If anyone knows what to do please let me know. I don’t want to add any new fragrance just remove awful smell. I’m so sorry about this again! those packages were being held at reception from now on all packages are being delivered to the post office directly to avoid this issues entirely thanks again! Clothes were as described, in good condition. However, the entire order smelled strongly of smoke. I had to wash every item twice to get the smell out. This was disappointing as two of the items were new with tags. The smell was so strong my husband gagged when I opened the box. Shipping was fast, no other issues other than the insanely strong smoke smell. One of my favorite sellers!! Love the items I received!! Thank you so much and what a great seller 💗 I love everything!
