I have never in my streams have said a card is "gradeable". Also your card was stuffed between to other top loaders and put into bubble mail. You saw condition on stream and decided to bid after a up close look of the card. Fast shipping. Seller will lists the auction as nm-dmg covering his base. During the bidding, seller fails to explain and/or show the details of the card leaving me to think the card is in fact nm.
Packaging was sub par. On a $75+ card, seller did not provide any additional rigid protection outside of the toploader. However, seller did use a bubble mailer. I received the card and it’s damaged (whitening on all edges and a huge crease/dent!).
I’ll chalk this up as a lesson learned and will throughly vet sellers in the future. Take my experience as a suggestion to avoid this seller at all costs! A very well written review I will say! I can say after rewatching the vod, you came in mid auction after condition was shown and decided to bid and then wanted to see condition after the fact when other bidders already saw it, per stream rules I do not cancel or offer refunds mid stream to make it fair to everyone. Ended up arguing with the guy because he said he never said anything was clean, nm or that he said the price of the card when he’s just blatantly lying. There wouldn’t be this many negative reviews if I was lying/ if he was right. Seller needs to work on showing and verbally describing conditions of items they’re selling. My favorite part of this is that the seller says they don’t do returns but offered a partial refund to me for the item when he said he didn’t do anything wrong. Then whatnot support is allowing a refund to go through, so I guess he really does do refunds!No refunds or cancels "ON STREAM". Again you were shown actually proof on screenshots of condition being shown and got proven wrong, whatnot support did not in fact approve refund, I gave them to you.
