Only small issue was the hamster tunnel doesn’t close properly on the left side of the blue house so the slider gets messed up but otherwise the houses were in great condition! I just didn’t know about condition of the tunnel so that’s the only reason I took away one star. Great seller and good products! Disappointed that my flocked bat has a helicopter head. I wouldn't have spent the money on it that I did if I knew Pet came perfect! Very well bubble wrapped. Thank you!

The dachshund lps I bought has nail polish on every leg and areas of the head. That unfortunately wasn’t disclosed when it was being shown and it’s a clear sparkle so you wouldn’t be able to see it on camera. The other pets came in dirtier condition than I thought they were again not disclosed and didn’t show those marks on the live. pet came packaged safely and as described, thank you!
