God Bless One of the items was damaged but Shelley was quick to resolve the issue! It was damaged to no fault of her own and I really appreciate her willingness to help! I was so excited to make this purchase and to see the box had arrived today. The box was in very rough shape. Looked like it had been abused pretty badly throughout the delivery process. When I opened it, the LoW neck duck was in perfect shape. Beautiful made my heart so happy, but when I got to the bottom for the tall, upright duck, her head was broken off in two places and her body was cracked all the way down through her feet. That broke my heart. Definitely not a Seller related deficiency. These sellers took more than ample steps to intentionally protect their product. Not only did they bubble wrap and use newspaper significantly, they wrapped each duck in a small blanket to offer extra support. In my opinion, this was a result of terrible handling by the shipping authorities, seller promptly issued me a refund I will be buying from them again. Hopefully we all have a different outcome next time. I highly recommend the sellers due to their customer service. Everything arrived safely! Packaged with great care!
