Shipping box was totally destroyed but plants came in ok condition I’m very sure that your bar of soap was in shrink wrap. They always look like they are open but aren’t. I would never send an open bar of soap as they will have condensation on the bar. I always wrap them when they are cooled down after I make them. Make sure you unwrap the bar before you use it. Sorry for what the post office did to your box. I also send a free item with every purchase and I remember sending that bar of soap to you as you almost got a bracelet. Really cute necklace. Fast delivery!!! seller is amazing 👏 package well thank goodness bc the box was smashed but the plant is good to go just needs some water. Can't wait to see how this plant looks after its relaxed from travel. Arrived quickly and packaged well. great transaction. Overall, great plant. Packaging can be tricky but it was pretty good.
