However, I want to share my experience in hopes that it can be helpful moving forward.
When my package arrived, the shipping label indicated a weight of 25 pounds, yet the bag provided was very small and could realistically only hold approximately seven items. Only seven of the items I purchased were included in the package, while the remainder were missing.
I was later told that the rest of my items were being shipped separately in different packages. However, there were no additional tracking numbers or shipping labels provided to verify that the remaining items had actually been shipped.
Unfortunately, because I paid for over 25 items and did not receive my complete order or documentation showing where the remaining items were, I have to leave a one-star review.
I truly want to support small sellers, and I hope you take this feedback constructively. Buyers beware of this seller!! This is all false information. She purchased 24 items and received every single item, she even sent me photos to prove it. She reported that she didn’t receive 21 items out of 24. How is that even possible. I truly believe that she is trying to discredit me being new to this platform. I have been selling for over 15 years and have never experienced such a dishonest buyer. Loving this jacket and dress.
