It was returned because you didn’t pay the import tax, which is the buyer’s responsibility under Whatnot’s international shipping terms.
We’ve worked with Whatnot Support to issue a new shipping label so it can be resent, but please note you may still be required to pay the import fee again once it reaches customs.
For anyone reading — the order was shipped overseas promptly and delivered to the destination country, but was returned after the buyer failed to pay the required import tax Very happy with my purchase.
