I love my shoes but I unfortunately had an emergency with my father and missed messages, on top of that I’m a 100% disabled vet and had my skull reconstructed with a flap graft and upset the seller because apparently I forgot to cancel another order. Girl I was busy with my parents for my Dad I was not trying to not answer, I’m very sorry. Also I had given a previous bad review thinking it was you but then you explained what not should have fixed it and girl those shoes were over 500 with a defect you couldn’t see bc of the shoe guard on the bottom, it was not your fault! Wish what not would get back to me but they have not to change it. You are kind, patient, and truely do care about your buyers. I really think you are an amazing seller on here, if you get back to me we can work together to fix it. Sorry I have had 28 surgeries, and my accident is still on google from 2013, so you know my story is real. You never deserved a low star review in the past, what not just never got back. I’m a service connected veteran and live off of that so spending this kind of money and there being a mark on the toe where the sticker covered a bit I was pretty disappointed, I’d of bought another pair of her too. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. However, I don’t believe this review fairly reflects what happened. Your mention of being a service-connected veteran is something I respect.
