Reviews (19)Thank you for the excellent customer service . A very nice pleasant experience! Diverse selection of movies at a great price! Overall good transaction. Items were packaged well. But it took a month to get my order. I assume there was a delay in getting shipped and later with USPS. I have shipped to Hawaii and it’s common to be delayed a week or two. But 4 weeks is excessive in my experience. While the package did arrive, it took almost 3 weeks. After a while, I messaged them seeing what was going on and they told me they had messed up and they were sending it back out. It came in a few days after that so not too sure what the initial issue was.
