So 1 missing & one dingeyDaci, wish you had reached out. I tried to contact you but you don’t allow messages. I included a note with your shipment letting you know of our issue & asking you to contact me - even gave you my cell number. I only sent 2 of your items. We had a rack fall after the show and 9 items lost their numbered tags. And there was also an issue with the video receipts, as you noted, so I couldn’t determine who had purchased those items. Was going to send pics and ship your missing items or give a full refund. So please reach out ASAP we’ll make this right.
