Several of the items arrived in a much worse condition than I expected, including jumpers with holes, heavy bobbling/pilling, snagging, staining and obvious wear. One Lacoste jumper even had a hole at the front that had previously been sewn up, and one wool jumper appeared to have been washed incorrectly and was hard and effectively ruined.
I contacted the seller about the problems but did not receive a response. I eventually raised the issues with Whatnot and have managed to get refunds for two of the affected items, but unfortunately not all of them.
There were a couple of items in the parcel that were okay, so I don’t want to say everything was bad, but far too many pieces were not in a condition I would consider suitable.

I’m sorry you’ve not liked every item you bought from my Preloved stream.
I try my best to describe the condition of items and where I get this straight from the bale bags, those are not washed or cleaned by me so I mention when describing the item.
I remember few of the bobble jumpers but also remember saying about this condition. Regarding the one with hole that was fixed this wasn’t done by me and not noticed as I resell items and go through a high number. You can always raise a ticket for items you are not happy with and whatnot can review video sale of that item or ask proof. Just what I was looking for. Its a xmas present.
