Thank you so much!! I’m so glad🥺 Horrible customer service. Had a previous order that had tear. Seller blamed it on delivery but there was no tears on the actual packaging outside to stand by that. Seller mentioned they would send mystery item in next purchase to make up for the inconvenience of the last purchase, so I made a second purchase and didn’t receive what was promised. Was told she was in a rush packaging and would be in the ‘ next purchase ‘. Bought a baby clothing item in this purchase as well and bottoms were a smaller size than what was promoted. Hello ma’am, I offered for you to send the last order back for a refund you declined, it was a small hole and I apologized. I showed the whole outfit in the live front/back it was not in the video the hole so that’s why I said it could happen in shipping. I apologize for missing the free item I was trying to ship fast I did it right after the show and all orders usually get a free item like you did last order also!
