The wallet is in fair condition. I did mention Pre loved with ware and I attempted to support your satisfaction with an offer to cancel or return. You happiness means alot to small business. I care more about your satisfaction than a quick sale for minimum price on luxury items. I checked we said beautiful color Pre-loved and showed all parts of the item. I completely understand pre-loved items can have wear, and as both a seller and buyer myself, I know things can accidentally be missed. I did try reaching out privately first but unfortunately did not receive a response. Packaging could also have been better, as the item was not very protected during shipping. Just hoping for a little more transparency on flaws going forward.I sent several responses to support your satisfaction =) to return or cancel.
