The wallet is in fair condition. The pink Burberry bag arrived with several stains/callouts that were not mentioned during the live or listing. I completely understand pre-loved items can have wear, and as both a seller and buyer myself, I know things can accidentally be missed. I did try reaching out privately first but unfortunately did not receive a response. Packaging could also have been better, as the item was not very protected during shipping. Just hoping for a little more transparency on flaws going forward. Quick delivery and great item at great price Love all my purchase.
