Bought 5 packs for $27 and tipped an additional $50. We pulled a Yuna 2-Star Signature 500 to 700 value, which my daughter was incredibly excited about. The package arrived as it was shipped - empty.
I have the seller’s pre-shipping photo and documentation showing the package received matches what was shipped, making this extremely concerning. The seller claims he does this for his family, but the way he handled this shipment speaks otherwise.
I’ve meticulously documented everything, filed a USPS fraud claim too as using our mailing service with this intention gives hesitation and bad name to good sellers.
I’m am willing to provide the evidence to anyone waning it.
Whatnot took the situation seriously, investigated, and refunded what they determined the card was worth, although it was less than the actual value.
I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution with this seller.

That is very depressing to hear and I would like to make this right by offering a refund. I wish you had texted and let me know the package arrived empty due to this order being over a month old. I had sent out all cards you had purchased and everything was in the package when originally sent. Since you didn’t let me or whatnot support know about this issue I believe it is too long of a time frame for me to give you anything back also putting shame on my reviews is not cool. Thank you so much for the cards and with the extras!!! Much appreciated dude!!!! doesn't let me rate canceled ordered but, my first order fine good nothing wrong. second order though seller messed up got a at time 15 sr for a dollar, said it's fine lose is lose. even went into other streamers chat to tell them about it just to later after telling me he wouldn't cancel he canceled order anyway. personally don't think cancelling the order getting bad review was worth 14 dollars but is what it is be warned Packaging was great! Appreciate the extra card and story behind it 🤙🏻 great streamer 10 stars if i could! amazing seller! Everything came in perfect condition and shipping was fast. I’m very happy with my order Card came safely but the bubble mailer looked like it was cut and then taped to be then reused for mailing it out ( •̯́ ^ •̯̀)
Thankfully the card wasn’t stolen or anything since it was visible.I’m glad the cards came in safe and I have to cut all bubble mailers in half according to my local usps if it is first class shipping. If not I would have to use regular white envelopes which don’t ensure the cards safety. Order never arrived.I’m sorry that you had issues with your order, I wish you had contacted me and or whatnot support and either one of us would of issued any refund for a order that is missing or I would do my best to try and get the situation resolved. great deal and delivered quick and protected Well packaged! Just greedy and no love for the game! I don’t appreciate the bad review man and I had asked politely for the order number and you proceeded to say #6 which doesn’t give me any information on the number Id that is supported with each ticket you purchase, I had asked if it had been over a certain amount of time that the order wasn’t received and you proceeded to be rude and not help so yes I do block you and your orders still on the way safely shipped! I would still say contact whatnot support if you’re gonna be rude like this, you’re the only customer that I’ve really had this sort of issue with!
