Bought a PSA 10 Thomas Müller gold refractor. Seller never showed the back of the slab during the stream, which now makes sense. When it arrived, the back of the slab was heavily scratched and beat up—way worse than expected for a PSA 10.
I understand the card itself can still grade a 10, but the slab condition absolutely matters, especially at this price point. I wouldn’t have purchased if the full condition was shown.
Transparency is key in breaks/singles. Just show both sides moving forward so buyers know exactly what they’re getting. Such a fun stream. Great variety of cards.
