Yes, because she reached out before I got my mail and already had the situation handled. as a fellow “proactive” seller myself, it’s not only about a smooth transition, a 5 star rating also can be given for fixing a mistake ANY human can make, but not every seller will go out of their way to take care of an issue the way they did. So I’ll say that if my order was the one I actually got, then it would’ve been a 5 star transition on its face, but even more so a 5 star for being proactive and taking care of a problem before it became one! I will definitely be purchasing whatever the other person ordered though, it’s sealed and smells soooo yummy.
