Very poor packaging as the item was half out of the box and the head of the saw had paint chipped from shipping since it was coming out of the box. The very thin layer of cheap tape used was barely holding onto the boxHi Andrew, I have absolutely no idea how that happened as we pride ourself in our shipping. We bubble wrap everything, put items in boxes, & try to do the best we can with shipments. If the packaging was that messed up I would probably look into getting USPS to look into it.
