I've never written a bad review, but I got my package and all my jewelry was thrown in a bag, so it was a tangled mess, so when I went to untangle everything, two of my necklaces broke. IDC if the SB are low, that's still $20 bucks wasted. I hope in the future, there is more care involved with packaging, and shipment of items. very well wrapped thank you I didn't receive my item and the shipping cost was excessively high.
