I been messaging the seller and nothing on his end. Mistakes do happen but but unfortunately this issue has not been resolved I did even get a refund for my card. Extremely dissatisfied because I shouldn’t have to chase someone for something I paid for. For other buyers please make sure your ACTUALLY getting the cards you paid for. This buyer is a scammer. We shipped the exact card he purchased and USPS confirmed delivery to his mailbox. Before shipment, he asked us to cancel because he said he didn’t have the funds. After receiving the package, he claimed the purchased card wasn’t included and was refunded by Whatnot. He then left this review claiming he never received a refund, despite Whatnot confirming that he was refunded. We have documented the entire transaction, including messages, shipping, delivery, and refund confirmation. Sellers beware. Thank you very much!
