We have double checked the video receipt, packing slips and distinctly remember packing this card given that it was the only card you bought from us during this stream. Thanks for the cards, my boy loved them although I feel the envelope used to ship could have been replaced with a bubble wrapped version just to ensure the item is safe from water damage incase the paper envelope rips during transit. Your 2 cards left here both top loaded and in excellent condition in a black padded plastic package….its a shame our reviews are now affected due to an issue beyond our control as we always endeavour to get cards to buyers in the condition expected…..
