Packaging was horrible the usp had to try and put what they found after the bag/packaging ripped Goddesspepper, I am so sorry you received your order damaged! I will message you to get a better understanding of your delivery and to see what happened with the shipping bag and will make it right. The delivery was insured so hopefully you can provide photos of how you received it. I have a photo of what it looked like when it was handed over to USPS so I will put in a claim. In the meantime, I will take care of any damaged items. I definitely want you to be happy with your purchase!
