The North Face jacket is missing the hood as there are snaps all around the neck of the jacket for the hood but that was not disclosed. I came into the show when it had already been running and there was no disclosure in the title of the items running saying that the items were New or Preloved so as she was pulling from a huge pile I figured they were part of a new item pallet but that was incorrect. The presenter was very kind and did a great job but the items I received weren’t great. Sorry First purchase on this app and it was perfect! Always a pleasure to buy from you!
