My order came with writing all over the dress ):Hey, I’m so sorry about that. That was not done on purpose and when we showed the dress, it wasn’t on there but unfortunately we have a two year-old and they got a hold of a marker and we thought they had only destroyed the bathroom but unfortunately like he got a hold of your dress too and I’m so sorry we refunded the money and we’d be more than glad to send you something else. This seller truly cares about their customers. They aren’t there just to make a quick profit. They care about the wellbeing of their customers. I feel like I am with family when watching their show.
When the package came in, I thought I was opening a present because the package was wrapped in wrapping paper and you could tell they put thought into how they packed the box.
