you messaged me about one piece of clothing that cost you £1 I mentioned the damage the first time I ran it then you asked me to run it again which I did. you asked for a refund which i accepted for the item that was damaged but you wanted a refund for the whole £4 you spent which i did i blocked you when I realised you didn't even offer to send back and there is no photo evidence from your side to prove there was any damage not only do you have your items but you have your money to im the only one out of pocket twice Absolutely prefect
