Going through a very rough patch, my fiancé has stage 3 copd with Emphysema, she has applied for disability over a year ago. She has a lawyer, and has had her 1st denial letter and has resubmitted with her lawyer. I am the only income in the house, we are behind on rent, by almost 6 months, we are facing eviction.
