The slab I purchased arrived with medium‑to‑deep scratches on the back, which were not mentioned or shown during the live stream. Had this damage been disclosed, I would not have placed a bid. I believe this was a material omission and would appreciate a resolution.Dear Won, Im sorry I did not see any scratches but you saw the item on screen, it would have been good to receive a message so I could address any issues you had, I would have simply offered a refund if you were unhappy, these are cheap slabs and used second hand, graders send them back sometimes like this.
