My order arrived with some cards missing because USPS had to repackage the shipment after the original envelope ripped open during transit. The cards were delivered in a USPS damage envelope stating the package was damaged in route to delivery.
If a customer orders multiple cards and pays over $4 for shipping, a bubble mailer would be a much safer and more reliable option than a standard envelope.
