She started knitting my gorgeous hat while speaking to me. I chose the colors and she took off with her talent. The quality of the yarn is superior as is the end product; a winter hat. I love it!! Shipping was very fast it shipped on time but when I got it I had to pay $24 to get my package because yall either didn't pay the shipping or put the wrong weight idk.Hey sorry that this happened to you, overall with Funkos I put them as 4-7 oz and never had an issue but I did look over the orders and I remember that you also wanted me to throw in an extra Funko with your purchase so you payed shipping for 2 regular Funkos and you got 3 regular Funkos and 1 larger size Funko.
