As we spoke earlier, we sent out the items in the brand new condition that we recieve them in. Even the photos you had sent were brand new. We are not sure why you are writing such a bad review for items that were sent out in brand conditions that we recieve them in. Thank you! Im still missing 4 of the items out of the box and what was in the box was crushed was told by them to talk to whatnot support. I have sent several messages to have them to fix this and there answer is that they put everything in the package and yet I’m still missing half my order that I placed . Not the way to do business when someone can and does easily able to drop $130.00 on one order and does a good bit order came quick and it's what I ordered however, the boxes to the headphones are smashed because they shipped them in a bag instead of a box. I will up the star rating to a for if they make it right. otherwise I won't buy from them again. Boxes were extremely destroyed you guys put 6 head phones in a bag instead of a box to protect them all boxes were destroyed The item does not work properly. It keeps loading the start screen.
