Seller wants to hide behind the blanket statement of “As Is” without mentioning faults. It is the sellers responsibility to disclose any known imperfections at time of purchase. Trust that the video receipt was watched several times and most of the time the leg was covered up. Not once in the video was it mentioned! Please realize videos are moving parts and quick on small screens. My rating is based on the sellers unwillingness to take any accountability, for blaming me for not noticing the leg was bent and cracked, for saying I was over exaggerating the condition. Seller choice to offer no solution other than to escalate support. Also telling another buyer with the same complaint to pay close attention when making future purchases is ridiculous! Clearly seller doesn’t understand where the responsibility lies!I take the condition of my items very seriously and always strive to be transparent. In this case, I showed the doll on the live, took time to display it, and the condition was visible in the digital receipt. The photos later provided by the buyer matched the condition shown during the sale. After the matter was escalated, WN reviewed the case and resolved it through their support process without finding that I had misrepresented the item. I understand not everyone will have the same experience, but I encourage buyers to review the live replay and ask any questions before purchasing. Yay!!! I had so much fun!!! Love everything!
